Tartlets Class

Tartlets Class recently held at my premise :

Class was conducted by Chef June, whom is quite well known among those who have gone to classes in local bakery outlets such as Bagus, Bake With Yen, BS Bakery etc .... Chef Jun is also giving classes in bakery outlets outside Kuala Lumpur. I am very honored to have Chef Jun conducting classes at my premise. She is very good in many types of tradisional dishes, pastry, breads, cakes etc .....

Recent class was tartlet class which Chef Jun taught us a lot of useful tips to make good and delicious tartlets.... You can be assured that you'll be able to make your own tart shells and varieties of filling on your own after this class. Her class is simple, straight forward, easy yet very satisfying ...
