Nak tau, how u make ur buttercream so hitam gelap mcm tuh? kena letak banyak black coloring ke? i always had trouble bila nak buat kaler hitam pekat mcm tu.. Or dat is not buttercream??
itu bukan buttercream, saya guna chocolate ganache...
